I work in Voc Prep at Torrens Valley (mostly at the TTG campus) working partly as a lecturer delivering computing subjects to advanced ESL students and also IVEC students. In the past I worked as a language lecturer in the IVEC program. Currently I also work part time as a lecturer's assistant in the Voc Prep program. I enjoy both roles - both working with students and also being involved in some of the administrative tasks. It is interesting to see how things operate from a different perspective. I am hoping to make contact with someone who is teaching ESL and the Internet on Mon mornings or Tues afternoons with the hope that our students could make contact via the ESL chat room later in the term or early next term. Thanks to Michael and Liz for this training opportunity. I look forward to putting some of our new skills into practice.
