PART  A

In the following conversation you will hear 5 people talking about the places where they grew up.

Write (or tell me in a voice file) a short report of a few lines giving the GIST (main points) of what each person said. You can write your answers in point form. You can write complete sentences if you like.

Example - Speaker 1: Blair

- Northern Canada; lived in tiny isolated settlements; summers were very hot and winters very cold with a lot of snow

Now listen to the other speakers and write (or tell me) about what they say:

PART B

Now send me a voice file telling me about where you grew up. (If you can't send a voice file, WRITE it!)

When I get this information from you I will send it to others in the class so you can all learn a bit more about each other.
