Synchronous Meetings (term 2) Draft Timetable Notes: Ø no one is expected to attend all these meetings though everyone is welcome to. Ø hopefully core team members will be able to attend at least one session per fortnight Ø hopefully some team members will organize other extra-curricular meetings as smaller interest groups form Ø topics: inevitably much of the discussion in each session will be about the tool in use, but we can also schedule topics as they arise Ø evening sessions: are these times suitable for people across 3 time zones? It’s difficult to find a time that is not too early for people in the West, and not too late for those in the east. |
